Deseronto has been nominated for the World Fishing Network Ultimate Fishing Town Contest! The winner receives $25,000 to use towards a community project to benefit fishing enthusiasts!  If successful, funds will go towards the improvement and expansion of Deseronto’s boat launch & dock at Centennial Park. Please help support this nomination by voting when it opens on April 15^th, and in the meantime posting images, videos and comments about fishing and fish caught in Deseronto’s waters! Thanks to the support of many dedicated individuals who cast their votes in 2012, Deseronto won an honorary prize of $2,000 from the contest which is going towards the boat launch.  Let’s work together to help the Town raise even more by winning the grand prize this year. Please vote whenever possible and share with friends & family members!

Voting begins at 2 p.m. ET on April 15, 2013 and ends May 3, 2013 at 1:59 p.m. ET.

Each individual can vote once every six hours per town during pre-determined time blocks per email address (the email address must belong to the person voting). In one day, 24-hour period, each person has the ability to vote 4-times per email address. The following are the six hour time blocks in which you can be eligible to vote for your chosen town:

Time Block One - 12:01am ET/9:01pm PT to 6:00am ET/3:00am PT
Time Block Two - 6:01am ET/3:01am PT to 12:00pm ET/9:00am PT
Time Block Three - 12:01pm ET/9:01am PT to 6:00pm ET/3:00pm PT
Time Block Four - 6:01pm ET/3:01pm PT to 12:00am ET/9:00pm PT
