    A Level 3 Low Water Condition was declared by Quinte Conservation on Thursday Aug. 4th. This is the most severe condition, which “indicates a failure of the water supply to meet demand”. Quinte Conservation requests that businesses and residents try to reduce water usage where possible, aiming for a 50% reduction.     Quinte Conservation has declared a Level 2 Low Water Condition, which indicates a potentially serious water supply problem.

    A few of their tips to do your part conserving water include:
    -Wash your car only when necessary for safety reasons
    -only wash full dishwasher loads
    -turn the tap off while brushing your teeth
    -ensure sprinklers are only watering the lawn, water is not flowing onto sidewalks or driveways

    Camp runs from 8am-5pm each weekday. It is for kids age 4-12, and costs $100/week, which includes games, activities, crafts and a weekly trip! For weekly updates check out the Deseronto Day Camp Facebook Page
