Public Works (2-Full-time) & Recreation (1-Part-time) – Summer Student Positions

The Town of Deseronto is presently accepting applications for Public Works (full-time) and Recreation (part-time) Summer Student positions. Reporting to Municipal Management, these positions will support municipal operations with property and general maintenance of municipal infrastructure, landscaping and small construction projects on municipally owned property, facility janitorial duties in the Deseronto Community Centre and other various maintenance duties, as assigned.

Transit operator

Deseronto Transit is currently a dedicated customer focused individuals to join our team of Transit Operators.

Volunteer Firefighter Trainees

The Town of Deseronto Volunteer Fire Department is currently accepting applications for Volunteer Firefighter Trainees.

This position is for individuals who are interested in becoming members of the Deseronto Volunteer Fire Department. Applications are available for pickup at Deseronto Town Hall and are available Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A job description and program outline are attached to the application.

Applicants will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis.
