Public Notice:
Wednesday, April 1, 2020 Town Council authorized the following measures for the Town of Deseronto Community, effective immediately:
1. Billings and Collection:
That all late payment fees for Taxes and Water/Sewer be waived until July 1st so that residents can delay payment without penalty.
2. Bag Tags
Council is now permitting each household two free (untagged) bags per week until May 31, 2020.
3. Clean-up Day
Council will defer the Town Spring Clean-up day until after Provincial state of emergency has been lifted.
4. Municipal Building
Municipal Buildings will remain closed to the public until the Province lifts the state of emergency.
5. Transit
Transit Operations will remain shut down until the Province lifts the state of emergency.
